Has anyone else noticed missing milestone spend updates or points not being credited for recent transactions? Would be great to know if others are facing the same problem so we can keep track until it’s resolved.
I reached out to Amex support today regarding an issue I noticed, and here’s what they shared:
There is currently a downtime affecting the milestone spend updates on the tracker for all card members. Transactions made are also not being posted for points to be applied. The issue with points application is impacting all card members. The team is aware and working to rectify it.
