Is AU Swipe Up Program Broken?

Hi,

I was trying to get a credit card from AU Bank through Swipe Up program, now for some reason I ended up getting the FD based NOMO card at the end, and I didn't realize that it was going as a normal application while I wanted C2C approach. And to my knowledge, I am sure I clicked "Apply Now" on Swipe Up program page, but don't know what went wrong. Any ideas as to what I can do now?

How do they decide who's eligible, and who's not? I am holding multiple credit cards from SBI, HDFC, ICICI Bank
