Is Axis Ace Worth It now?

Hi, I had applied for an Axis Ace card few months back through Google Pay app and dunno why but I never heard back from them until now like after 3 months and the card has been approved. Is the card worth it now after all the devaluation. Specially since it's a paid card? Or should I just not activate it and let it cancel? Thanks

Your joining fees will be reversed if you spend 10K in the first 45 days. So i suggest you to use the card for atleast one year then close it before the annual fees if you feel it's worthless.

This card is very useful for me because I have many electricity bills to pay (both mine and my friend's), so it easily saves me 500 INR per month.

Additionally, this card offers the highest rewards for offline spending in my card collection, at 1.5%, making it my default card for offline purchases.

Unless you own a premium card and do a lot of flights/hotel stays, Axis Ace still has the best across-the-board offline cashback of 1.5% compared to any other card. You swipe in a restaurant, you get 1.5% CB. You swipe at an apparel or departmental store, you get 1.5% CB. You use it online in non-government non-insurance places (say Dominos or book train tickets) you get 1.5% CB. Swiggy, Zomato and Ola get you 4% CB and recharges/bills via GPay get you 5% CB both combined to a maximum of Rs 500/month which is reasonable.

Are there cards which reward better than Ace in the specific categories mentioned above? Of course, Yes!
Axis Ace is one of the most no-non-sense cards to have especially if you don't want to have too many cards or stress your brain over which card to use for which purchase.

Not everyone who uses a CC is a TF member or is passionate about CCs. Axis Ace is great for all such people and even a lot of TF folks.

The distinguished attractive feature of ACE is its CB in the form of statement Credit..
otherwise it is just an average card considering the competition in the respective spend categories
Yes. Tata Neu Infinity gives cashback in form of Neu coins and Amazon Pay ICICI (1%) in terms of Amazon gift balance.
