Many are in the range of 200-350 like 10-20 transactions in a month

So with Vistara use case gone and limited acceptance of UPI on CC now (already have Tata Neu Infinity- as primary Rupay card), is it a good idea to upgrade to Pinnacle. Getting call from their Customer Care team to upgrade, but not at reduced price of Rs 5000 or LTF.
