Is it easy to swap cards in Axis?

I have a general question, is it easy to swap one type of cashback card with another cashback card? and does same applies to Axis Core cards? or mix swapping also accepted?
I was thinking whether Myzone LTF can be changed to Flipkart Axis LTF?

Even if you are able to swap MyZone to Flipkart (although they may issue a new card instead of closing MyZone), it still won't be a LTF card.
