Is it possible to pay credit card bill with credit card? If yes, how?

Is there any workaround or trick using which we can pay credit card bills with credit card (Same or different)?
If it's possible, how?
Preferably with zero additional charges so as to utilise credit card benefits by using them to pay other credit card bills.

I did not get rewards using gpay with hdfc neu upi. however did get by using payzapp.

I got NeuCoins for this - it is show as 'NeuCoins on Grocery' transaction.

but Reward points earned on Grocery transactions will be capped to 1,000 per month for Tata Neu Plus HDFC Bank Credit card.

Not tested yet for grocery spend capping but share official t&c for grocery spend.

You will not get any coins here because even base coins are zero, so clearly identified as one of the outlier categories.

Pls check if it is some other transaction(s) or from past?

Because if you got additional points for Grocery, still you need to get base 1.5% points whereas it is blank for the transaction.
