Is it possible to share International Lounge Access via Diners Black/ Priority Pass with somebody through QR Code?

Hi. I have a Diners Black Card which offers International Lounge Access. I wish to share it with a friend who is travelling internationally. Is it possible to share this via a QR code that can be used?
