My dad had an HDFC Diners premium (Rs2500 renewal fee) for quite some time. He got preapproved upgrade to Diner Privilege 5 months ago but didn't take it for some reason. The Diners premium expired 31st Oct and he got a message that Millennia Diners (Rs1000 renewal fee) was already dispatched. He got the card and activated it because that's his primary card. He has his salary account with them and has preferred banking. Is there any way to upgrade to the Privilege now? He has the salary for DCB but doesn't meet the spending requirement.
