35K+GST offer is available for Amex own employees always, It is also available via select corporate with whom Amex have tie ups Ex- Mckinsey, Bain, BCG etc. Joining benefits will be usual as advertised by Amex, 60K taj voucher, 100K MR options is also there, I have never seen 135K MR offer via this route. Other annual card benefits will be applicable as usual.

I know the Gold Charge is LTF for amex employees but after exiting the organisation it will become a chargeable card.

Yes. You can speak with them for a corporate card by providing registration and GST / tax documents of your business. Unsure if they have a specific criteria.
