Axis Magnus Is Magnus + Burgundy worth it for annual spends > 20 L?

As per recent posts, it seems value proposition is better with spends of more than 200K/ Month, although my annual spends would be 20 Lakh + but they won't be consistently 200K +, some of them would be govt. spends. Was wondering if Axis Atlas would be a better option? Are govt transactions eligible for miles earning on Atlas?

Go with atlas
magnus is only benificial if you dont have expenses on excusions.
