is my kyc leaked? New Enquiry on CIBIL

CIBIL sent me an email about a new lender inquiry. I logged in to see if there was a new enquiry. I was shocked to see new inquiry for personal loan from lender "AKARACAPL." According to a basic Google search, it's a nbfc partner for stashfin.

I'm not familiar with Stashfin, but it's known for small loans in Delhi and neighbouring states. I have not applied for any loans this year. My fear Is my kyc data compromised? How can I safeguard myself? How were they able to generate new Inquiry using only my PAN?

@Dr. Drake did you send mail to Stashfin and Akara Capital? Did anyone from Stashfin contacted you?

I got a call today from CC. They are telling i have filled my details and applied that's why the hard enquiry happened. Told the guy that i didn't apply neither i have the app. Still he was not ready to listen. Told him I will raise this with RBI.

Can someone else apply on my behalf using my KYC details? Is it possible?

No it stays on my cibil since stasfin guys aren't that responsive & I don't have patience to followup with them every 3weeks
Cibil dipute mechanism didn't work either
