This is similar to Kotak Credit Card's Recent announcement I guess..

Instead of availing Lounge through PP Card, You can directly swipe your card and avail complementary lounge access (if any).

Many Card issuer banks are implementing this..Previously kotak have done the same..Lounge access directly on card swipe..No need of additional PP and its overall good from customer perspective..

Yes,Program is there.But now No such addtional PP will be issued instead the visit are directly linked with card using priority pass program as earlier...Some technology integration.

PP program isn't going anywhere, just like kotak, yes bank is following the route. Soon if not restrictied already.Some quarterly or month spend will be imposed. It better to use super premium/ premium card PP Cause it will have less lounge access and better to use unlimited pp let’s on hdfc infinia.
