Is SBI BPCL fuel surcharge waiver available in all BPCL outlets?

I got SBI BPCL Rupay card in July this year and till now I have done 7-8 transaction on BPCL outlets for fuel. On every single transaction i didn't receive Fuel Surcharge Waiver and Reward points automatically. Every time i had to raise request to customer care for getting the benefits. I don't know what's the reason. On any other purchase i get the reward points as soon transaction settle.

I want to ask whether Reward and Fuel surcharge waiver is available on all BPCL outlets or only select outlets. Also, if its available only on select outlets, where can i get list of those outlets?

all outlets.
I used BPCL regularly before upgrading to Octane. Never faced any problem wrt points.
Just drop them a mail explaining your issue and ask them to solve it

Mailed them bunch of times but every time they only resolve issue relating to single transaction and after that same story. No fuel surcharge waiver and reward points on next transaction.

Also, when do you receive Fuel Surcharge Waiver and points after transaction settle?

Two or three days. Did last trxn on 6 sep and waiver is credited.
You may try to escalate the issue to higher authorities via SBI app.
