Is Smart Pay benefits again availed on HDFC Upgraded Card?

I had availed the 5% Cashback on Smart Pay [Electricity Bill Payments] on my previous HDFC Card almost a year ago [for 6 months].
Now my Moneyback Card has got upgraded to Regalia Credit Card. It mentions 5% Cashback for first 12 months on Smart Pay.
Would I be eligible if I have availed the cashback on a previous card?

No it's only for new customers not for upgraded customers bcz you have already availed these benefits earlier.
