i have 3+ year old smiplyclick, but after cashback card launch and simplyclick devaluation on amazon, simplyclick just seem nothing. so looking to apply for cashback card.
a. suggest me plz what is the Approval Rate considering i am an Existing SimplyClick user.
b. Is SBI Sprint wizard working good these days (or any glitch is there)?
c. will there be a ekyc or vkyc or physical kyc? (generally as per your experience)
d. limit expected?

1. Two of my colleagues got rejected for weird reasons in the last 30 days
2. Sprint is quite decent and doesn't glitch out for no reason
3. Luck
4. Most likely less than 50k considering you're holding anather SBI card but you can transfer that limit to this

Thanks. what were the reason given in. any approvals?

For one of them the person was doing dandirona about designation in sal slip and designation mentioned during kyc
The other guy said that his reason was most likely because he did not have any existing CC

All 3 of us work at an NBFC - so we know somewhat about Consumer Finance products (inside out)

a. If you have good credit score (As expected already cc user since past 3 years) definitely high chances of approval.
b. Sbi sprint works much smooth ( my dad's whole cc application Process completed in just 15 mins). No glitch at all.
c. Well in my dad's case fortunately did ekyc through digilocker.
d. My father's 1st cc in sbi so got decent limit of 2.2lac.

i had applied simple click card through sbi sprint(1st sbi card) of my frnd, now yesterday again applied through sprint and card was cashback card, at last step they said your application is summited we will contact you soon, next day frnd got a test msg regarding application no tracking etc , when i clicked that link it goes to application tracking and redirect to sprint where last step was showing 1 rps transfer through NetBanking or upi, after that virtual card is showing, so after applying check msg/ mails also

The same thing happened with my father's application. Even though it was his first card, it was approved immediately, but the limit was only Rs. 20,000.

Okay So I have a Simply Click CC for only 3 months now....My credit History is just 7 months old...I applied for a cashback card this Saturday via sprint...and I got a call this morning that my application is accepted and an agent came did my KYC and he too confirmed that I am getting the card..
So It seems it's a case to case basis...some get accepted and some are rejected...OR (I am just speculating here) maybe in my area there is less buzz for cashback credit card and the agents here are only pushing for sale of 4 cards i.e. simply click, simply save, BPCL and Irctc. (I live in tier 3 city)...
Limit expected is as low as Rs 10000

My wife applied on website and she holds SBI savings account. The card was dispatched directly to the address in aadhar. There was no kyc done for that. She got 20k credit limit and this is her first cc.

If she had updated her KYC details in the last two years and provided it is still valid, eKYC is all they are relying on, specially for SBI customers.

I had SBI savings account and Simplyclick. When I applied for Cashback through sprint I got instant approval. The whole process was smooth and fast. But the limit was only 10k. Though I transferred some limit to cashback card.

Is this process glitch also applicable for SBI employees?

I mean one of my friend will be joining SBI as a JA in coming two months. And he is adamant on the fact that he'll get any SBI card he wants.

Just want to "enlighten" him about processes at SBI😉😂
