Is this pre-approved cc email from hdfc

I got an email from hfdc in which it written as below:

Hi, You wanted it absolutely ! NO strings attached with Lifetime Free Credit Card!

No Annual charges. No Renewal charges.
Credit Limit upto Rs 100000

1. Is this pre approved offer?
2. If i click on link and enter mobile number check what card is it, will it do a cibil enquiry?
3. I have max savings account 4 month old account, so what are chances of card moneyback+ or millenia as i am interested in milennia only
4. Will it be completely ltf or just a way to fool?
5. Also does hdfc card really affect cibil score, as they don't provide limit?

Hdfc is for sure a fu***d up bank. Last month they were offering my mom paid ragalia gold with 3 lakh limit and now they changed it to LTF business moneyback with 75k limit.

11 months. Starting first 3 months 1 lakh, then 3 lakh for another 3 months, then 5 lakhs till now.

Offer pehle 75k>150k>300k then 75k LTF.

Btw i am using hdfc billpay 75k limit each month from 11 months.

Account usage is basically zero if we ignore hdfc billpay.

Exactly. Took around 8 months for 3 lakh offer.

Update 27/12/2023- Hdfc gives cc offer in masses. As we all know all banks pushes for cc's in march each year. So what you can do is open a savings account in november and maintain 5 lakhs till march and you will 100% receieve minimum 3 lakh offer.

Life time free, money-back+ ...I was desperate to get one HDFC card at the time , if I had waited a little longer would have received millennia.

I was in the same usecase as yours anyhow I took FYF millennia with an upgrade, but now cancelled both and waiting for regalia LTF
