Is this really pre-approved

in all likelihood NO..they didn't even disclose the bank...if i see it correctly...
But if someone had applied for it, can throw some light..
They disclosed the bank it has options for Indusind platinum axis myzone and freedom as options to choose from

Means they are all very basic cards given by those respective banks ..
What it means , paytm is assuming you might have been eligible to get these basic cards and hence offering you though those are not 100 % pre approved..respective banks criteria still applies after your application is lodged

I am just 18 with no cards planing to get icici fd card should I apply

There is nothing like eligibility they just throw random cards .
I have idfc millennia and they are giving me option to apply .

Are you going to apply through PayTM? In this case, no.

Apply directly via ICICI (or any bank of your choice). An FD based secured credit card doesn't need a third-party (such as PayTM).

In general, banks won't issue an unsecured CC on 18. There are always some exceptions, though. Just search through the forum to get an idea on this. Anyway, just forget applying through PayTM for now, no matter what.

No i am talking about if I get unsecured cc in any of these options that will be it
