Is Yes Bank giving Yes First Exclusive Card LTF on C2C basis on limit over 8 lakhs ?

Just wanted to check if Yes bank is offering LTF Exclusive cards on C2C basis with limit on existing card over 8 lakhs. This offer was there few months back.

I don’t think offer is valid still. I tried mailing customer care but they said to apply online
