It is working now. After sending two emails to PNO and customer support without receiving a reply, and spending three hours on a call with the ICICI support team (1800 1080), I discovered that iShop has a different support team. Then called them (18005701955) and shared a screenshot and video on
(
support@ishoprewards.com). It took just a screenshot to resolve the login issue. Meanwhile, I have filed a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman

Joke of a bank, no incident, nothing for the last 4 days. So much of the hidden information i.e. iShop support no, email etc.
