Issue in paying BOB premier Rupay card bill

I tried to pay BOB Rupay JCB bill in HDFC billpay and mobikwik but failed in both the cases. Did anyone paid successfully in these platforms? I am trying to use my HDFC DB for 1% cashback....

I pay my bills through hdfc billdesk and payment went smoothly and instantly credited into my account
