Issue in sbi vistara application

Actually I applied for the sbi vistara card using the sprint site but at the end of application it isagain showing as" based on your spends we have following cards" and asking me to choose from the list of cards where vistara is not available, i didn't even get the link for vkyc. Did anyone encounter this issue.

Yeah, I have cashback card and simplyclick card with around 80000 limit each.

Were you able to resolve it? I applied today and it's showing the same error... Even I hold SBI CB previously
