issue with airtel axis card application.

i applied for the card some 5-6 months back on the airtel app. it showed conditionally approved. but i didn't do kyc because that time i just got sbi cb cc (before devaluation).
now that i want to try again, i'm unable to resubmit or re-apply. anything that i can do?

Yes you can. If it shows any error message apply from another number.

Yes but if there is a ciibl hit from axis try after 4 months. If approved you can change phone number later.
