Issue with applying for a pre-approved Kotak Credit Card

I have a pre-approved lifetime free Kotak credit card shown in my mobile app. But when I try to apply for the card I am not able to apply. It says according to internal policy I cannot continue with the application.

There is a different variant of league platinum, where you have to pay 1500+GST as joining fee and after that card is LTF but It is available for existing customers who want to upgrade their cards to league platinum probably.

Details of this card is not available on kotak website. Only existing card holders get this upgrade offer or you can ask customer care to upgrade your card to this 1500 variant.

Verification call recieved after 1hr of application
Took 3-4 days for approval
No documents as it was pre approved

Today is bank holiday so maybe I will receive on monday... And even if its pre approved... Kotak bank process every application in same way.......
