Issue with Booking Gas Cylinder Using PayZapp

I am facing an issue while trying to book a gas cylinder using PayZapp. After entering my mobile number, the system displays a message saying "No bill is due". I am wondering if this is because we can only book a gas cylinder once per month.

For Indane gas, i book using indane app. And then pay through one of these payment app.
