Credit Card for Payments for Gas Cylinder Booking Back again on Airtel App

But something is there. While trying to add my Flipkart visa it's showing as " card bin is not allowed for this payment" . Why

It's bcz of collective effort of we community members. Airtel acted smart and removed cc option. No bug nth they acted smart. We reached out to axis Bank & Airtel but airtel didn't respond. Axis acknowledged it may be they have coordinated with Airtel.

I Don't think so bro. Axis confirmed that they don't have any update regarding the removal of credit card option for that perticular transaction only. They informed to contact airtel only. Axis said they have no role in it as it is completely within the thanksapp. However airtel noticed it by sending the mails to the mentioned mail id earlier.

But I think Airtel Acted smart. Earlier they removed Debit card for cc bill payment. N they removed cc option frm gas booking.

I think credit card option is enabled but are you able to apply the coupon.I havent seen any coupon in the payment section top.

But for recharges and pipeline gas and powerbill we have to apply coupon right.But for gas bill we don't have to apply any coupon , Directly if we pay with cc then we will get the cashback in statement.This is the thing ur saying right?

And also one more thing if we are doing recharge for airtel ,it will show the coupon for airtel axis credit card.Buy for jio recharges it won't show like that.In this case if we recharge for jio using the airtel axis cc without applying any coupon then also we will be getting cash back?

No bro. U don't need to apply any coupon for any transaction. U will get the cashback when the merchant name showing in the statement "AIRTEL PAYMENT SERVICE like that

Just check if you want whether the utilities transaction showing under utilities and all airtel recharge showing under reacharge in thanks app. Because earlier there was an issue like cashback percentage issue like airtel recharge get 10% sometimes

U will get . U will get cashback for airtel recharge even if you are not apply coupon for Airtel recharge. It doesn't matter. Merchant name and category code does matter

I checked with my axis visa and rupay card while booking for gas . It's showing as Bin not supported. I can only able to use the master card variant while booking for gas. For other transaction like recharge, broadband I can able to use any variant. Please anyone check it and update.... please

How much cashback do we get for non jio recharges? Is it considered under utility? I know for airtel it's 25%. I just newly got this card in Jan and 1st statement isn't generated yet.

I've checked with multiple cards but I cannot add any card other than my Airtel axis Mastercard. I can add my visa debit card though.
