Issues with Paytm fastag Recharge from freecharge app using Axis freecharge plus credit card- failure

I am not able to add paytm fastag wallet of Rs. 10k montly limit using free-charge plus credit card in free-charge app. Is there any issue or limitation. Its failure everytime. I am just bale to add Rs.500/- only till now in this month
