I have booked ITC grandGoa using points b/w 14 and 16 september ?
Unfortunately , I cant make it . Is there way I can reschedule this booking ? I can see for other dates points req is less than what I booked ?
Should I cancel my booking and rebook? Will there be any cancellation charges ?
or should I request hotel for rescheduling the booking without cancellation ?

No - I emailed them twice and got the same response - the points can't be reinstated.
Have sent a message via Twitter / X to ITC Hotels Cares earlier today - received a reply that someone will contact me - not received a call or email till now.
I am trying to find the email ID some senior person - not been successful so far.
They should at least inform the members few weeks before the expiry of points - it is literally a daylight robbery in my view.

I contacted them again via the website (after the emails and message via X) and also raised a compliant in the consumerhelpline online.
Subsequently, I received an email to confirm that the points have been reinstated with an extension of the validity by 2 weeks - I transferred some to Marriott and redeemed the remainder as ITC vouchers.
