ITC Greenpoint to Marriot transfer

I have transferred Greenpoint on 15th August to Marriot. but is still it not get credit in Marriott.
Anyone is facing same issue?

Or any solution?

From ITC for August 10 transfer: "With regards to the same, would like to inform that the Marriott points shall reflect in your account by next week"
