ITC hotel cancellation -Do we get Green points back ?

I have booked an itc hotel using green points.. If i cancel it, will i get the green points back ?

1.If yes , is there a timeline before we have to cancel so that we get the points back ?

2. if no, do we loose all the points then ?

No retention would be charged if cancelled 24 hours prior to check-in. For cancellations less than 24 hours prior to check-in, the complete deposit amount / Green Points will be retained by the hotel.

so if i cancel 24 hours before.. i will get back all my green points .. is my understanding correct ?

Check cancellation policy, If you cancelling within free period, you will get back green points back almost instantly.

I am not able to cancel my booking. As per email , there is no cancellation upto 1 day before checkin

what could be the issue ?

I booked 2 rooms . I coould cancel 1 room but 1 room is not getting cancelled
