How were the prices of ITH compared to OTA? Would have to factor that into my calculation for conversions.

Price is much higher and they also add their service charge + convenience fee.

Unlike online travel agencies MakeMyTrip, Ease my trip, Cleartrip, Goibibo , Yatra,
they do not offer any discounts on air tickets, train tickets, car hire, visa service etc

So no point converting ITC to ITH unless there is a emergency or point expiring

Thank you for clarifying - would not make a very attractive transfer partner in that case.
