Login to n verify in the ITD's website whether they have asked any information or dox from you. Just in case, you missed out on their email.
If there is nothing there, then you need to wait. Do nothing, just wait.

Checked sir and there is no information after successful e-filing.
No need to worry. Sometime it takes months to process ITR. If you have refund than you will receive it with interest @ 0.5% per month.
But right now there is no case of any mismatch in records and ITD want more information.
ITD system has not taken his ITR in processing system that's it.
If there is a refund than it does not mean that they will ask some more information. Some of my clients have refund in lakhs and they received it without asking more information by ITD.
He said itr is not processed. It means he does not received intimation u/s 143(1) yet. If there is mismatch with records than ITR will process with that mismatch.
But right now there is no case of any mismatch in records and ITD want more information.

Is you're guaranteeing that no information will be asked, then that's separate issue.

I don't think any guarantees can be given on what ITD will or will not do. between them deciphering and processing ITRs using ML and AI and them manually intervening, anything can happen!
