ITR Saral copy HDFC Card LE request

Dear HDFC Card Holders I sent two times with ITR 1 form Sahaj to HDFC still they are requesting below kindly help me out .

If you have sent ITR 1 and ITR V (acknowledgement) along with the computation then you have provided everything you can.....They need to clarify what are they asking for...
As ITR 1 is called Sahaj and ITR - 4 is called Sugam

When they say ITR Saral form...AFAIK it is an Old form dated back in 2010 and it does not exist anymore...

Sending pdf of ITR through email, is it safe?

CamScanner is not safe & already banned by Indian Govt.

Old form dated back in 2010 and it does not exist anymore...

Unfortuanately , for those HDF* employees , their time machine was stuck there in 2010...
