Ixigo Au Credit Card - application stuck

I have been trying to apply through IXIGO app yesterday and process was like so slow that each step was taking like 5-10 mins. I got fed up and stopped at step 3 or so. Now when I go into app or website, it shows resume application. Tried to do that but it's takes its own sweet time and then just goes to step where they ask for PAN and gets stuck spinning. Tried on both WIFI and Mobile data but no luck. Stupid AU bank ppl call and asking why you didn't finish the application and when I mention, it was not working, then hung up.

Any help at this point is appreciated. Thank you!!

After rejection of application how many months we have to wait for the next application? And what the email id where we request to delete old application ????
