I think they sent them only for Etihad Gold.

Etihad used to give physical cards irrespective of status. That was long time back.

Just Received my JAL Membership Card. didn't get any message or email regarding the dispatch of card.

Even if I received it within 20 days of application but it's a useless card since JAL miles are not worth it unless you only want to go to Japan.

I read somewhere that, we can book air India and Vistara reward tickets on JAL Airlines and someone shared Delhi to Bangkok round trip miles required are ~25K

Del-Bangkok is 27000 miles one way on JAL 😉

When I called customer care they told that they don't have any flights with vistara that goes to bangkok on any date.Can u please confirm.
