Jio Payments Bank reopen

Could you please let me know if I close my existing Jio Payments Bank account, will I be able to reopen it later? Additionally, will I receive a Rupay Debit Card upon reopening the account?

I have once read a reply to some post on twitter where jio customer care mentioned that you can open another account after closing it but it has to be from a different mobile number. I can't confirm anyone though as I don't have any account with them.
