Jio sim not working in UAE

Currently, I’m in Dubai and I have two Jio SIM cards. On one SIM, I have an unlimited plan with a talktime balance and I’m able to make outgoing calls, but I’m unable to receive any calls or SMS. This issue has been going on for the last two weeks, even though the network is showing up perfectly. On the second Jio SIM, I only have a main balance, but I’m able to receive SMS without any problems. Has anyone else faced this issue or knows of a solution? Please let me know. Thanks!
 
Recharge with International Plan through JIO app.

As per Jio, Standard PayGo Rate should apply for those who don't have a roaming plan.

Something similar is applicable for Airtel too.

However, both companies don't go by their own rules or TnC. Airtel is worst, actually (when there is no active roaming plan). Airtel doesn't even latch to the local roaming partner network without a roaming plan.

But, most people in Abu Dhabi uses either Airtel or VI. With an international roaming plan, obviously. Not sure about Dubai, though.

Anyway, @raj007 , try contacting Jio at +91 7018899999 (toll free) for roaming issues.
