Jupiter Edge+ credit card causes issues while payment on Amazon, no place to put OTP

Has anyone else faced this issue with the Jupiter Edge+ card on Amazon, where the OTP arrives, but there is no place where you can put the OTP and proceed with the payment. This issue has occurred to me thrice, twice on web and once on mobile app.
