Hi, I'm facing a unique issue hoping someone can help me. My Jupiter (Edge CSB) rupay credit card bill payment was due by 01-Dec. I tried to pay via the app but it has only 1 option - to pay by linking a bank account, but I don't have any bank account with the number with which I setup this credit card.
So I contacted their customer care on the app's help section. But every time the agent says they are from the banking team and not credit card and gives me a link to talk to the credit card team, but the link takes me back to the same page and it goes on in a loop.
When I try to call customer care, it asks me to verify using my phone + dob, but then says my dob is wrong 😆
So I emailed them about it, but didn't get a response. Instead, I got call saying my bill was overdue. I told them I want to pay but this is my issue. They told me they would send me a UPI link to pay by SMS and email but I didn't get anything. Got 5 calls since yesterday every time they say they will send a link but nothing..
Is there any other way I can pay this bill and close this shitty service?
For reference, I use it for UPI transactions through the app, and never activated the card itself. I wanted a service to make UPI payments without reflecting small transactions in my bank account but now it has become a headache.
