I got this offer but sending to personal qr not working. Is there another way?

I am facing issues with UPI payment.


With my idfc rupay card I can easily make a payment to a merchant but on same QR code Jupiter rupay card not allowing me to do so !!

Customer care is clueless says Please read our term and condition . May be they are not registered as merchant .

They might be blocking some specific MCC/merchant.

Strangely, the same card works fine for those same QR codes when added to other apps like Cred or Paytm.

I'm wondering why this inconsistency exists and if transactions made through other apps still qualify for rewards.

These Fintech companies do it willingly to stop users from spending/rotating on certain spends even if it's legit.
