Cashback is in form of jewels which can be redeemed as 20% of the actual value so, you are getting only 2% instead of 10%

For UPI spends this is distructive as no one offering such returns and limit is good which will prevent misuse overall best card because and other spends has 1k limit where they are offering 2% which again only offers kiwi no other bank existing

It is actually 0.4% cashback

CB percentage ke hisab se jewel milta hai. Logon ko angoor khate hi lagte hain. Pehele jab 2% milta tha toh abhi bhi 10% cb ke hisab se hi jewels milega.
