I forgot, but I told her that I received a welcome Mail she said okay, i guess the same will be printed on a paper and sent via post

I vaguely remember , hdfc instant kit has generic pass book and debit card.
But welcome kit had my name printed on debit card and passbook. BTW this is more than 11 years ago.
