Someone complained about the extra charges on SmartBuy for Amazon Pay and suggested that HDFC should make it 12% instead of 16%, but at least be more transparent.

Then an older guy mocked him, saying people always want everything, even lifetime free Infinia. But ironically, the same old guy was earlier complaining about charges on Air India bookings.

So now everyone is pointing out the hypocrisy.
