Update on HDFC:
They said they are facing issue with video kyc, that's why I'm not able to open the account currently.
One staff will visit my home for address verification, then I can open my account offline with 50k deposit, they will handover me the welcome kit instantly with debit card, and passbook.
Now what should I do?

Because there is a rural branch here with same pincode of my permanent address, so I will transfer the account to that branch with 2.5k mab

HDFC account opening decline-do you have credit cards of HDFC, trying account opening online or offline?

No relationship with HDFC.
I was trying online, 1st time I got a ref number, no link of vkyc, they told me to visit branch for physical kyc, branch told me no details found with the ref no.
I tried again online, this time they said technical error and I have to open offline.
Mailed them they said they are facing issue with online account opening so I have to complete the account opening offline.
Previously branch was saying I have to open saving max with 1L initial deposit, but after receiving mails from HDFC higher authority, now they agree to open the regular one but still i have to deposit 50k.

Get out of your house and keep an eye on the hdfc staff, else they may say that your address is not verifiable.
