New code means new series voucher. Previous vouchers were starting with letters KGJ, got a voucher with all numbers this time.

Earlier each voucher is specific to that type:
KGJ - for Gold Jewellery only.
KGC - for Gold Coins only
KPJ - for Platinum Jewellery only.

Now you can use any voucher for any item.

Won`t work. Read my first/title post in this thread. I started with coins and when the store manager added voucher got the error, asked me to get jewellery instead.

They have these codes systematically sorted for all types of jewellery, gold, silver, diamonds etc., don`t think they will allow us get coins, their core buiseness comes with making charges and they will lose a lot with selling coins.

Yeah I understood it but they could simply use the number series too!

@koinahi can you share first 3/4 digits of voucher? Assuming its common for all vouchers you got so far?

I am waiting for Dec end to redeem all my cards so that can combine with jan refereshed ones...
