Does Yes bank issue core card if I already have co-branded card?

My Yes Premia got cancelled due to re-KYC not done, I have to wait for 90 days to reapply (also need a LTF offer).

In the meantime if I take a Kiwi card will I get Yes Bank core card after that?

Yes allowed only one card core or co-branded. If you have core card then you get virtual rupay LTF.
