Kiwi neaon memebership is chargeable

Why is it showing as kiwi neon while I haven't activated it and I'm only getting 1.5% cashback on the card?

I have got kiwi neon membership for free but cant apply for kiwi credit card, i was rejected last year during july because i already had another yes bank credit card at that time, and now i have closed the yes bank credit card, still they are not giving option to apply the card and when i asked them over mail they said if you are rejected once then you cannot apply again

Guys I applied for Card in October 2024 and was rejected as I was holding other Yes Bank card. But I had opted for Kiwi Neon membership then which was free for first year. (FYF)
Cut to May 2025, I applied Kiwi card again and got the card this time as I had closed my previous Yes bank cc. But now I see that the card is visible but my previous FYF Kiwi Neon membership is gone & in the app it is asking me to pay 999+GST for getting the Kiwi Neon membership.
What should I do to get back my FYF Neon membership. Please guide..Thanks!
