Done Video KYC yesterday . It is now Your KYC is in review.it takes 3-4 days ...like this

Yes confirmed. Did vkyc. Approved 3 lakh Yesterday. on 3rd day card approved after vkyc did.

Yes. No message or email. Only app tells if it is confirmed or not. So far no communication from Yes bank even after my card approved and shown on app yesterday.

Can you share about neon subscription tc like if a user subscribe to it is it auto renewal or we can cancel it before a year. Any other details welcomed

Yes, my experience was almost similar... Applied on 8th July, VKYC done on 9th and Card approved on 10th July with 83k limit... I got my Card approval message via SMS notification...
