Now post calculation I feel like have received less cashback as milestone benefits. Have spent around 51,695 till 30th Sep and have earned cashback of around 436.75 (excluding any promotional cashback).

Should have received an additional cashback of [(51,695 * 3%) - 436.75] = 1114.10 but received 787.75 only.

Have you considered the exclusions there are lot of excluded categories that are not eligible for rewards.

For me as well, lounge access two is not unlocked. Seems like lounge access & milestone reward points are not in sync. But you would get it eventually.

-it is 2-3 years old
-initially was with axis bank, now with yes bank
-recently(5months back) started neon subscription(now free) but it is rs.999/year for neon sub, and get 2%cash back(upto 1% of card limit/per month)
- we have 3 milestones with 1 airport lounge access for each milestone
milestone-1: 3% cashback >50k
milestone-2: 4% cashback >1L
milestone-3: 5% cashback =1.5L, then back to 2%
