Kiwi Yes Bank Credit Card Subscription

Hello all,

I have received approval for the Kiwi Digital Credit Card from Yes Bank. Initially, I assumed I would get 2% cashback for UPI transactions and 5% cashback upon milestone completion.

However, I now see in the app that I need to take a NEON subscription, which costs ₹999, although it's showing "First Year Free" (FYF) at the moment.

Will this be chargeable from the second year onwards?

I dont know about this .. so i applied and got rejected instantly.. now i'm worried whether it impacts my cibil/experian score?? 🙄

I have some confusion regarding this card
1 will it work on local merchant shop or not as it mentioned Big merchant
2 milestone benefits are annual or monthly

It'll work on any merchants. Small shops too if they accept payments from rupay cc.

How many days yes bank usually take to update it in their system after approval as it was approved yesterday but till now no update on kivi app
And yes bank whatsapp is displaying

In my case they took 5 days or 3 working days

Yes i have received milestone benefit.
milestone kiwis Credited at the end of next month.
Regular 2% on scan and pay .0.5% on upi id.
kiwis restricted to 1% of credit limit.

Maximum of Kiwis equivalent to 1% of the total credit limit in a month.

As my limit is 50k
1% is 500 Kiwis
Is This means I can spend only 5k in a month to earn rewards
As 500 Kiwis= ₹125
And 5,000 2% is 100

Please share how much transaction will reach this restriction

As their is 2% cashback this will reach kiwis restrictions sooner

Yes 1% of credit limit in rupees .so 1 lakh credit limit 1000 rs and 4000 kiwis

Customer care says after u cross 1.5 lakh spend and u get 5% milestone benefit further spends from 1,50,000 onwards give 2% only on scan and pay.

I also did and post waiting for 30 days, have presented the case to honorable RBI Ombudsman today. Let's see.

as per logic it should not be..
reason..if its count to milestone..then u r getting rewards after milestone in jwellery..which is excluded
