I just saw this post on the CreditcardsIndia Subreddit.

I hope they do not forget the Axis Kiwi card holders focusing on new customers now.

I have been unable to use the Kiwi app for the past 40 days, so I tried updating my mobile number. Kiwi requested a duly filled form and KYC documents, which I sent twice to their Chennai office. The first time, I didn’t include my PAN card. The second time, I sent three signed forms, a color copy of my PAN card, and my Aadhaar card.

However, they keep rejecting the request, citing a "signature mismatch" even though my signature matches. Despite multiple follow-ups via email to Kiwi customer service, Yes Bank customer service, and grievance channels, there has been no update regarding the mobile number and Gmail ID update in the Kiwi app.

Bhai ab kya kre 40 din ho chuke hai.
Kitne baar mail karne par correct resolution de nahi rahe.nahi purana wala number se bhi use kar sakta hu q ke account deleted bata raha hai.
Yes bank pno 2 din time manga tha ab o bhi pure ho chuke hai.

I did. Bro this time I said "This is my final reminder. I am giving YES BANK a strict deadline till Monday, May 26, 2025, 12:00 PM to resolve the issue and update my mobile number and email. If this matter is not resolved by then, I will be compelled to file an official complaint with the RBI Ombudsman, regardless of any further actions you take post that deadline"
Let's see what they'll do...!!!

After 15 days now card is properly showing in the kiwi app and I'm able to link the card successfully.

I am getting error already reported to kiwi support & twitter team till now no updates except kiwi app able to link every upi app like cred, paytm rupay upi, samsung pay section.

Anyone passed through kindly suggest how to overcome.

As per yes bank mention issue from kiwi side,

Even card able to link every upi app like paytm, cred everywhere working even transaction happening from upi mode ,

except kiwi their own app till now no resolution from kiwi side already ticket raised & twitter as well.

Bhai log April 12 se mail kar raha hu na kiwi correctly responsede raha hai nahi yesbank. Aur 2 baar chennai office pe documents send kar chuka hu aur pno grievance ko bhi mail Kiya hua sirf Tarik ke pe Tarik dete Jaa rahe hai. Abhi tak mera email id and mobile number update nhi kiye a log.

Signature mismatch bole aur Signature updation form bhi fill karke send karne par bhi late kar rahe hai.ab kya karu bhai please guide me.

All you need to do it wait now. They mostly don't do any physical verification.

hey can anyone have idea whether i can hold two kiwi credit card one from Yes Bank and One From Axis Bank with different mobile number?
As i already had Axis Kiwi Credit Card and they put the some limitation on my account due to which i am not getting reward rush activation offer. So i want to just try yes kiwi credit card and same got approved also so now i am confused whether they will cancel my any of card in future or i should close my one kiwi credit card my self.

Are both your cards working or not? Both the yesbank Klick and Axis Kiwik cards?plz reply.

This comes if you try to do multiple <2000 transactions to the same merchant in a short span of time.
